How to get started?
STEP 1.
Contact our Customer Service at 401-203-3222 or [email protected] and provide a brief description of the issue, along with the part number and serial number of the unit.
STEP 2.
You will receive an order number and shipping instructions.
STEP 3.
Ship the unit/s to us.
STEP 4.
After repair, the invoice will be sent to your email address. You will receive a link to the PayPal online payment platform. Payments are made via PayPal account or Debit/Credit card.
STEP 5.
The part will be shipped out on the same day the invoice is paid. For all shipments, we use UPS ground service or you're welcome to send a prepaid shipping back label.
What is the turnaround time?
Usually standard repairs are made on the same day of the unit arrival. For other repairs, the terms will be established depending on the difficulty of repair.
What type of warranty do you provide?
1 Year warranty is offered for all repair works provided by ISOSCELL.
Core credit information
In order to receive a core credit, you can send your part to us. After the part is estimated by our technicians, you will receive the credit.
We offer: $60 for an actuator, $150 for a panel, controller or joystick.
NOTE: The price is valid in the absence of the following defects:
- Water damage
- External/physical damage
- Extensive corrosion
- Burned beyond repair
- Broken or fragile case
- Rust contamination.
In the presence of these defects, the price will be determined individually.
