WARRANTY POLICY

One year warranty is offered by ISOSCELL

This warranty does not cover defects caused by: improper installation, violation of the operating instructions, damage caused by water, oil, shock, deformation, electric shock, damage caused by batteries and handling by third parties. ISOSCELL requests the return of all defective parts for analysis. The buyer will be responsible for shipping charges to ISOSCELL. If the purchased part is deemed to be under warranty, ISOSCELL will repair or replace it within a maximum of 14 days. If the repair or stock is unavailable, the credit will be issued to the original credit card used to purchase the item or to pay for the repair. If it is determined that a part is not defective, costumer will be responsible for return shipping and test charges.

Under no circumstances will ISOSCELL be liable for any special, incidental, consequential or consequential damages, loss due to interruption of activity, loss of profit or loss of use of the machine, any payment for repair or diagnosis.
